Delivery times: Delivery times are based on your location. Areas outside the delivery network will be delivered as fast as possible. A physical address must be provided to ship goods via courier. Any order that would incur excessive freight costs due to weight or bulk may be subject to additional charges. This may include large quanitities of glass containers or similar products. You will be contacted when order is ready to ship and advised of any additional freight charges.

  • Standard processing time is 4 business days.
  • Standard shipping time is 3 to 5 days.

Estimated Shipping Dates: Shipping Days do not include weekends, or holidays. Please note that any delays by your local customs authorities are not accounted for in the delivery estimates.

Minimum Orders: There are no minimum orders.

Pricing: Taxes are charged according to appropriate government regulations relevant at time of invoicing. Prices invoiced are those in force at time of delivery. Prices are subject to change according to material prices, freight rates, exchange rates and custom duty.

What are my payment options? Wedding Themers accepts all major credit card payments through Paypal.

Personalisation: Some of our products are able to be personalised. Ordering personalised items will result in a delay in delivery of 2-4 weeks. Items correctly personalised cannot be returned.

How do I know if the products I want to order are in stock? Wedding Themers strives to keep all items in stock in quantities to meet your requirements; however like with all retail businesses, some items will sometimes run low, be discontinued without our knowledge or be backordered by our supplier. If an item you have ordered is unavailable in the advertised timeframe, our staff will contact you immediately to let you know and provide you with the option to replace or refund your order.

Property and Delivery of Goods: We, Wedding Themers Pty Ltd, and the purchaser agree that all goods are delivered ex-warehouse and the risk passes to the purchaser ex-warehouse. If we receive no instructions for freight delivery we shall use our carrier and pre-pay the freight charges on your behalf, such cost will be recouped from the purchaser. Delivery of the goods to the purchaser’s agent, carrier or representative shall constitute delivery to the purchaser. Property in the goods is retained by the supplier until such time as the goods, the subject of this contract, and all other goods supplied to the purchaser have been paid for in full. Risk passes to the purchaser upon delivery of the goods to the purchaser. Freight costs and in-transit insurance are the responsibility of the purchaser and are excluded from the price of the goods sold. We will, at the purchaser’s request, but not for reward, arrange freight and in-transit insurance on the purchaser’s behalf.

Returns: Returns are accepted if goods are faulty or damaged in transit. In the case of a parcel damaged in transit please inform the courier immediately. Contact our Customer Service within 3 days of receipt of merchandise to obtain a Return Approval before returning merchandise for any reason. Orders returned without prior authorisation will be subject to all freight charges incurred in the shipping and back shipping of merchandise. Although we try to maintain high standards, many items are handcrafted, therefore slight variations may occur. Similarly, we reserve the right to change or alter the design due to availability of raw materials and production difficulties. Wedding Themers does not guarantee the safe arrival of candles and confectionary shipped during the hot summer months.
